Maduabuchi Blessed Emmanuel
Executive Director
Maduabuchi Blessed Emmanuel is a young and vibrant LGBTQI activist who founded (RHRI), he is also a relentless board member of the aforementioned organization. He has been effortlessly supporting the development of the LGBTQI community while ensuring that their rights are being protected. Through advocacy and community development services Emmanuel has worked in various capacities like: peer educator, HIV counselor tester, adherence counselor, outreach coordinator, guidance and counselling, program team lead and currently occupying the post executive director of RHRI. He pulled all these roles off gracefully while ensuring that the interests of the LGBTQI community are being catered for. He's also a part of the inspiring journey of LGBTQI movement building in Africa who are hoping on the wings of change for a greater Africa. His passion for the LGBTQI community and strong belief in their creativities has been the fuel keeping his ignition going. Irrespective of one's gender identity, race, skin tone, sexual orientation, etc. Above all these, human rights should be universal and accessible.

Moshobalaje Ahmed
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Moshobalaje Ahmed is a dedicated and passionate person who firmly believe in inclusiveness and individuality. Ahmed is a social worker, public health personnel, data analyst, writer, human right and advocacy enthusiast, and currently holds the position of a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of Response to Health and Right Initiative (RHRI), with the values and goal to significantly contribute to the progress and growth of the organization to achieve the interest of the LGBTQI community. Ahmed is driven with a career devoted to protecting and promoting the health, well-being, safety, equity, and environment of every and marginalized individuals regardless of one’s sex, race, gender identity and sexual orientation including that of the public at large with experience and volunteering in health, non-health and charity sectors. His passion in Sustainable Developmental Goal for good health and well-being, quality education, gender equality and reduced inequality, peace and justice has been the ignition for his partnership, volunteering and effort in engagement with organization in different sectors who are actively involved in the development of the aforementioned sustainable developmental goal. And his goal is to bring to everyone the environment that is safe for everyone to say “I AM ENOUGH”.

Oluwafemi Adeshina
Program Officer
Oluwafemi Adeshina has 5 years of experience of working as community development and advocating for adolescent sexual and reproductive education. He effectively manages projects, conducts outreach, and empowers youth in the NGO. As a community development practitioner, he educates adolescents on sexual and reproductive health, fostering informed decisions. He's empowered 750+ young people through entrepreneurship, targeting both the general population and LGBTQI+ spectrum, curbing youth unemployment. He leverages his role as an LGBTQI+ Relationship TikTok influencer and activist to promote love, support, and acceptance. He's also an adept climate educator, equipping individuals with the skills to address the climate crisis at the community level. His multifaceted approach reflects his commitment to driving positive change, fostering inclusivity, and empowering individuals.

Chukwuma Kingsley
Communication Officer
Chukwuma Kingsley is a young, dedicated creative in the LGBTQI community, known for his active role as a community facilitator, community engager and communicator. With a strong passion for advocating for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), Chukwuma has dedicated his efforts to raising awareness about the unique challenges faced by LGBTQI individuals in accessing healthcare and information related to their well-being. Chukwuma's background in communication and media utilization has allowed him to effectively bridge the gap between the LGBTQI community and healthcare providers, policymakers, and the broader society. His advocacy work focuses on breaking down stigma, promoting inclusivity, and encouraging open conversations about sexual orientation and gender identity. His work serves as an inspiring example of how communication and community engagement can drive meaningful progress in advancing rights and well-being for all.
